How to reverse global warming

by Donald Daniel, 2017

Most of the earth's surface is ocean. Most of the ocean is a watery desert. This is because the water at the surface lacks the plant nutrients that are in the mud at the bottom of the ocean.

A buoy floating on the surface goes up and down with the waves. The buoy could have a tube that dangled down to the mud at the bottom of the ocean. With proper mechanism wave action could provide the power to pump mud up from the bottom to the surface. This would allow microscopic plant growth at the surface that would extract carbon dioxide from the air.
